Yesterday, Jersey City Schools Superintendent Charles Epps told a group of pastors, "Our worst enemy is the young ladies. The young girls are bad. I don't know what they're drinking today, but they're bad," noting how the school systems pay $1 million for police officers. But afterwards he explains he was just speaking "metaphorically" and meant to refer to both "young ladies" and, we guess, little gentlemen. [ more ? ]
