HTC Desire, Desire HD, Desire Z, and Incredible S getting Gingerbread (Android 2.3) update in Q2

In a statement to blog SlashGear, HTC let it be known that it intends to bring four European handsets up to Gingerbread (Android 2.3) in Q2 of this year. Three Desire models — the Desire, Desire HD, and Desire Z — along with the recently announced Incredible S will be getting Google’s latest and greatest mobile code. It’s nice to see HTC pushing out updates to some new, and more importantly old, handsets.
