moisture left over from the
recent rains. That surface moisture is evaporating and then fairly quickly condensing in the atmosphere to cover the sky in gray gunky stratus clouds. There may be enough churning to produce
a few sprinkles or even a snow flurry. The gray skies will keep the temperature down to the lower 40s this afternoon. [
